Return Policy

We know that sometimes, a piece might not feel quite right once it arrives—and that’s okay. At Fengshengnongye, we want you to love your cotton-linen finds as much as we do, so we’ve made our return process as easy and stress-free as slipping into a soft linen top.

What’s Eligible for Return?

To help us keep things fair (and keep our fabrics in great shape), items must meet these simple conditions:
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery (we’ll check the postmark or delivery confirmation date).
  • In original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels still attached. Since cotton and linen are delicate, any signs of wear (like pilling from washing or stretched seams) might mean we can’t accept the return—but we’ll always take a gentle look first!
  • Not final sale: Some items (like limited-edition pieces or personalized items, if we offer them later) will be marked “Final Sale” on the product page—these can’t be returned, but feel free to ask us for styling tips if you’re on the fence!

How to Start a Return

Ready to send something back? Here’s how:
  1. Drop us an email: Shoot a note to Fengshengnongye@hotmail.com
    with your order number, the name of the item(s) you’d like to return, and a quick reason (it helps us get better!). We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number (RAN) and a simple shipping label (if you’re in [region, e.g., "the U.S."]—for international returns, we’ll share the best address to send it to).
  1. Pack it up: Pop the item(s) back in their original packaging if you can—if not, a clean, secure box or envelope works too. Just make sure to include the RAN somewhere visible (like a note inside the package).
  1. Send it off: Drop the package at your nearest post office or shipping drop-off. For U.S. returns, the label we send you covers basic shipping—for international returns, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost, but we’ll always let you know that upfront.

What Happens Next?

Once we get your return (we’ll email you when it arrives!), our team will check it over. If everything looks good:
  • Refunds: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Keep in mind, your bank might take a little longer to show it in your account—usually 2–7 days, depending on their policies.
  • Exchanges: If you’d rather swap for a different size or color (lucky for you, our linen comes in so many nice shades!), just let us know in your initial email. We’ll check if the item you want is in stock, and once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new one out right away—no extra shipping cost for U.S. exchanges!

A Few Gentle Notes

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Oops—if we sent something damaged, or the wrong item entirely, that’s on us! Email us at
    Fengshengnongye@hotmail.com with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement (or issue a full refund) and cover the return shipping. No need to wait 30 days—just let us know as soon as you notice!
  • Sale Items: Even if it’s on sale, as long as it’s not marked “Final Sale,” it’s eligible for return—same 30-day window, same conditions.
  • Cotton & Linen Care: We totally get that you might want to try on a dress, but please avoid wearing it with heavy makeup or perfume—these can stain the fabric, and we want to keep our returns in good shape for other customers (and for restocking!).
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
