At Fengshengnongye, we want your cotton-linen treasures to reach you as smoothly as they feel on your skin. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your orders from our studio to your doorstep.
Where We Ship
We can ship to 80% of the countries in the world . If you don’t see your location listed, drop us a note at Fengshengnongye@hotmail.com.
- Temporary Delivery Restrictions
The following regions are currently unavailable for delivery:India, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Singapore, Philippines, Iraq, Pakistan, Albania, Ecuador, Guatemala, Algeria, Myanmar, Thailand, Tunisia, Morocco, Kenya, Palestine, Iran, Uganda.
Processing Time
Before your order hits the road, we take a little time to make sure it’s just right. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you’ve ordered a made-to-order piece (we’ll note this on the product page!), it may take 3–5 business days—we promise the extra care is worth it to get that perfect fit.
Shipping Time & Methods
Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on where you are:
- Vip shipping: 5–7 business days via [carrier:USPS Priority Mail]
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package ships—just keep an eye on your email (and maybe your spam folder, just in case!).
Shipping Costs
We keep things transparent—no hidden fees here:
- Orders over [$69]: Free shipping (yay!)
Orders under [$69]: Flat rate of $8.
Exact costs will show at checkout before you pay, so you’ll always know what to expect.
A Few Little Notes
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, your country may charge customs fees or duties—these are outside our control, but we’ll include all necessary paperwork to help smooth things over.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is taking longer than expected, check the tracking first—sometimes carriers hit small snags. If it’s marked as delivered but you can’t find it, or if tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ days, email us at Fengshengnongye@hotmail.com. We’ll help track it down or sort out a solution.
- Weather or Holidays: Every now and then, Mother Nature or busy holiday seasons might slow things down. We’ll always update you if we know of delays, and we appreciate your patience—good things (like your new linen dress) are worth waiting for!
- Delivery Delay Notices
Custom Order Delay: For custom products requiring complex prints or craftsmanship, the production & delivery time will be extended by 3-5 days compared to standard custom orders.
Customs & Final Delivery Delay: In certain countries/regions, customs clearance and final delivery may be delayed. The total delivery time will be 3 days longer than the original estimated time stated on the website.
