Welcome to Fengshengnongye! These Terms of Use are here to set out the simple rules for using our website Fengshengnongye.com and shopping with us. By browsing, shopping, or creating an account, you’re agreeing to these terms—think of them as a friendly agreement to keep things smooth for everyone.
Using Our Website
Our site is here for you to explore, shop for cotton-linen clothes,and connect with us. When you use it, we ask that you:
- Be respectful: Don’t use our site to post or share anything that’s harmful, rude, or illegal—no spam, no fake accounts, and no trying to hack or mess with our site’s tech. We want this to be a nice space for everyone!
- Stay honest: When you share info (like your shipping address or payment details), make sure it’s accurate. This helps us avoid mix-ups with your orders (no one wants their linen dress sent to the wrong house!).
- Don’t misuse our stuff: Our website, photos, product descriptions, and logos are all ours—please don’t copy, steal, or use them without asking. If you love a photo of our cotton blouse and want to share it on your socials, that’s totally fine (tag us! @netflew)—just don’t claim it’s yours or use it to sell something else.
Orders & Purchases
When you place an order with us, it’s like making a little promise—and we’ll keep ours too. Here’s how it works:
- Your order: When you hit “buy,” you’re offering to buy the item(s) at the listed price. We’ll confirm we’ve got your order (you’ll get an email!), but we only accept the offer once we ship the item. Sometimes, we might have to cancel an order—like if a product sells out before we can update the site, or if there’s a problem with your payment. We’ll always let you know right away if that happens, and we won’t charge you.
- Prices & payments: All prices are in [currency, e.g., "USD"] and include taxes where required, but we’ll show you exactly what you’re paying at checkout. You can pay with [payment methods, e.g., "credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay"]—and we’ll keep your payment info safe (check our Privacy Policy to see how!). If your payment fails, we’ll let you know so you can try again—no stress.
- Stock: We do our best to keep our site updated with what’s in stock, but sometimes a popular linen dress might sell out faster than we expect. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll email you to offer a refund, a different size/color (if available), or to let you know when it’ll be back.
Our Responsibilities (and Yours)
We want to make sure shopping with us is easy, but we all have little jobs to do:
- Our side: We’ll do our best to keep the site working, show accurate photos and descriptions of our cotton-linen pieces, and ship your order on time. If we make a mistake (like sending the wrong size), we’ll fix it—just let us know.
- Your side: You’re responsible for keeping your account info (like your password) safe—don’t share it with others. If you let someone else use your account and they make an order, you’ll still be responsible for paying for it. Also, if you get a package that’s damaged, let us know within 3 days of delivery—we’ll need photos to help sort it out.
Changes to These Terms
We might need to update these terms sometimes—maybe if we add new features, or laws change. If we do, we’ll post the new version here and put the date at the top. The new terms will apply from that date, but if you placed an order before the change, the old terms will still apply to that order.
